Laura Miner was not only the driving force of this venture from the get-go and a collaborator in every aspect there was to it, she and her new creative studio Buddy Buddy took it on themselves to produce the darn thing. 

Since first publishing my work in 2008 and continuing to champion these delightfully masochistic what-have-yous with Phoot Camp, I can't thank her enough for the last 12 years of our endeavors.
